Some companies do not yet have their bookkeeping set up in a computerized program.  I am able to assist in transferring your company records to QuickBooks Desktop, or QuickBooks Online.   The price for this service is an hourly rate, and will depend on the number of years that need to be input, the length of the Chart of Accounts, and the volume of transactions.

This service varies depending on the business.  Some business owners want to enter some of the company's financial information such as the company's invoices, bills, and bill payments.  However, they need assistance with  other financial information such as  making sure the correct expense account is used, setting up loan and leasing accounts, or completing bank and credit card reconciliation.  These services can be tailored for each business owner's needs.  Pricing will first start at an hourly rate.  Then a monthly, quarterly, or yearly rate may be established. 

Tax preparation includes collecting the information your accountant will need for filing your company and personal taxes.  This includes collecting T-slips, preparing income and expense data to create an income statement.  As well as collecting donation receipts, and health expenses paid throughout the year.  If your accountant is asking for specific information, I can help explain or show you the way they would like the information presented.
